Regionality & Seasonality

In our kitchen we exclusively use fresh ingredients, whenever possible from the region.

Seasonality is a big thing for us

Our most tasty seasonal offerings are the asparagus season in April, the season for chantarelles in July, the pumkin season in October and of course during winter the Christmas time with farmyard duck and Christmas goose.

Also our beverage offering is characterised by seasonality: special white wines for spring and summer, Maibock, homemade ice tea during summer, Oktoberfest-beer and of course mulled wine during winter.
