The beer lobby in the heart of our restaurant offers numerous striking views.

The heart of our restaurant

In the entrance area the heart of our restaurant is located: the beer lobby. Take a seat at the hightables located around the brewing kettles where beer was brewed in former times and enjoy a refreshing cold beer.

In no other room of our restaurant you are that near to the middle of action. Watch the barkeeper drawing beers while you are waiting for traditional brewery classics and in the meanwhile enjoy a beer.

The story of the beer lobby

From February 2000 until December 2012 in our beer lobby, the most northern wheat beer brewery of Germany was located. In our unique brewing installation made out of 925 Sterling silver the top-fermented beer speciality was brewed.

To create more space for our guests we modified the room. Now you can seat around the brewing kettles enjoing a cold beer and traditional brewery dishes.

In our beer lobby you can enjoy refreshing beer specialities and traditional brewery dishes, like our brewhouse selection, roast pork knuckle or our roast pork “brewery style” in a hearty beer gravy.

You can also try a speciality of our house, the brewery-punch – Büble Edelweißbier, Old Judge Falernum, Mozart Dry Chocolate Spirit, Pear Juice, Forrest Berries, Williams Pear and Vanilla – and watch how it is prepared right in front of your eyes at the bar.
